We would request you to read the Terms and Conditions page carefully before making use of our website and its content. Your approval of these terms and conditions matters as services mentioned are entirely dependent on them. We are here to inform you that when you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions by using this website. 

K2tickets reserves the right to alter or change any of the below-mentioned clauses at its sole discretion at any time.  

Standard Terms and Conditions 

All the goods and services offered and guaranteed by the Company are subject to clearance of payment before the flight’s scheduled departure. In case, the customer chooses to pay by check, they will have to await the clearing of the same to receive the tickets and related documents.  

K2tickets reserves the right to the following: 

If a flight gets canceled before the departure date, then the company is responsible only to refund the amount paid by the customer for their ticket. 

Any expedition, trip, or facility marketed or published by the Company may be amended, altered, differed from, or withdrawn at any time. The Company bears no responsibility for any compensation, additional cost incurred or consequential losses incurred by the Traveler/Group.  

No one, except the Group, has the right to incorporate, vary, waive or change any representation, definition, or Terms and Conditions set here forth or in the Group Brochure with the Company’s written consent.  

The Company shall not be held accountable under any circumstances to the Traveler/Group for any misadventure or mishap or any such occurrences that may result in an accident, accidental death, illness or personal loss, injury, higher cost, delay, or consequential harm. 

However, any act or default caused by any airline or any other travel-related supplier, or any employee or agent by the suppliers who may be responsible for the provision of lodging, meals, transportation, or the Traveler/Group. In this case, the phrase ‘’how-so-ever induced’’ also refers to any concerned person’s negligence. 

The Company reserves the right to increase surcharge in the event of currency fluctuation and/or adjustments in the difference for exchange rate and or fuel costs before departure. If and when this price rise occurs, they must be paid in full. 

It is the traveler/group’s responsibility to carry all the valid travel documents, like a passport, visa, or government ID, and to ensure the safety of original documents. It is the traveler’s/ group’s responsibility to read and understand the conditions in advance and carry the required documentation while boarding a flight. In case of any such travel documentation being expired, rejected, or canceled by the authorities, the traveler/group will be responsible for any further consequences or expenses that may arise. When traveling internationally on a stopover flight, a visa or travel authorization can be required. K2tickets bears no responsibility for the aforementioned matter(s).  

The ticket fare doesn’t include the cost of the insurance premium. Throughout the tour, all related programs and packages are governed by laws, rules, and regulations. The Company bears no responsibility for any situation that may arise from such regulations or due to a natural disaster.  

Any complaint made by the Traveler or any member of the Traveler Group in connection to or as a result of the tour must be sent in writing on the official email id of the Company within the 21 days of the tour or travel date. No complaint or claim filed after the stipulated 21 days will be considered. In the case of a group traveling together, the complaint must be submitted by one traveler or group leader only.  

The Company is not responsible to any traveler/group for a refund, for a refund, reimbursement, or even a demand due to a reduction in the number of tour days or due to postponement, cancellation, or re-routing of any other scheduled transportation service due to natural, environmental or any such factors. The rules for cancellation and refunds will apply in this case as well.  

K2tickets holds the right to cancel any travel/service reservation(s) associated with your name, email ID, or account, as well as to deactivate or close any associated K2tickets accounts if your booking/account shows any indication of fraud, violence, or any other type of suspicious activity. 

If the traveler/group is found to engage in any criminal activity, K2tickets retains the right to pursue any legal action required, and you will be liable to pay a monetary fine for the same to K2tickets. This may include civil costs and damages. Please contact K2tickets Customer Service to challenge the cancellation of a booking/freezing/closure of an account. 

In Case of Dispute(s) 

We sincerely wish to resolve any dispute, issues, confusion with regards to any of our products or services. You can pursue claims, if any, in the following manner:

You agree to contact the K2tickets Customer Support division by dealing with us. To settle any conflict or allegation about the website, any service or product offered by us, your interaction, our Privacy Policy or with our agents, any kind of representation made by us, 

When you assert a claim on an individual basis in a court for a small claim, only when they qualify, that Claim shall be settled by binding mediation rather than in court. 

There is no need for a judge or jury in mediation, and the court review of the mediation award is limited. A mediator will grant damages and rely on an individual basis just like a judge, also these Terms and Conditions are obeyed and enforced just like they are in a court of law. 

All the claims settlement proceedings are handled on an individual basis, not as a combined, class, or delegated action. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation rules govern this agreement. The mediation decision is mediated by any court with competent jurisdiction.
